To my favorite little humans (aka, my kids, nieces, and nephews), I’m “Coco,” the lady who turns flour, sugar, and love into a sweet celebration. For more than a decade, I’ve used baking as a way to bring joy to my family and friends—and now, after years of messy, joyful experimentation, I’m sharing my cakes with the world.
